CF Lethbridge WOD for March 3, 2009:
As Many Rounds in 10 minutes of:
10 walking lunges
15 doubles unders
22 + 6 lunges
Mind was distracted throughout the WOD. Some loud skipping ropes in class today and had to really concentrate on my own count. Took alot of mental energy. It was good though... just goes to show I need work on my focusing ability in loud environments. Something that's obviously going to be an issue at ANY CrossFit competition. Need to start working on my concentration and mental relaxation exercises again.
