Katrina, great Annie time! I just got a new PR today of 6:52. Met a goal of doing all DUs unbroken. I had a gym record for CFR for a few hours until one of our guys got 6:30 this evening!

Hey thanks Robin! I've been doing alot of tabata intervals of situps and double unders. That is what I know helped me. Getting an unbroken Annie is the first step, then making those situps faster. Don't worry about the double unders, as it seems like if you try to speed those up you'll start tripping.
