First day back at training following the 2nd OPT Champions Series Competition. No results yet... hoping for later today.

5 Rounds:
15 WB Shots (14# to 10' target that's 3 inches wide)
15 Double Unders
15 KB Swings (1 pood)

The WB took me once and knocked me right on my ass. That sucked, but got mad and finished it up.

Then:
Wide Grip Bench Press 1rep;
Close Grip Bench Press 3 reps;
Regular Grip Bench Press 3 reps
Worked up to 95#

3-3-3-3-3 Snatch Grip Deadlift
95#-115#-135#-155#-155#

    Snatch grip DL = one of the best lifts ever. Love 'em. Are you going to be consistantly doing some strength work after the metcon?

    Snatch grip deadlifts suck for me. They hurt my thumbs so bad because my hands are so small that I really have to squeeze the hook grip to even hold on.
    Not specifically adding strength work afterwards. It depends on the WOD as to what else I will do. Getting back into the Big Dawg WODs from OPT with modifictions from Chad as I gear up to the Sectionals and Regionals this year.
    This is MY year! No one will take it from me :)
