CF Lethbridge WOD for February 26, 2009:
"Chelsea"
On the min for a max of 30 min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
17 Rounds
Goal going in was more than 20 rounds. Managed to keep my first 12 rounds between 30 and 38 seconds, but after that those darn pushups killed me. I'm probably the only one that ever wishes that all the named WODs had more pullups than pushups. I'll still shoot for 22 rounds of "Cindy" the next time it pops up though!
