Hi Katrina I have been reading your blog for a few weeks now and am very impressed with your training - numbers, dedication, and focus......I have a few questions for you about your training program. First I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years now and am at a fairly high level (I guess). I attended this years games as the Canada East winner. I am thinking about switching my training to the OPT program and thought I would ask you your opinion on it as you seem to follow a bit of a hybrid program. I am nervous to switch as I have had good success with what I have been doing but at the same time I know that James is a very bright guy. The countdown i on to the regionals so I also dont want take a step back. Also i am old lol (over 40) by Crossfit standards so I have to be careful with overtraining.... Any thoughts on the OPT training program and your experience would be apprecialted. Thanks Jason
